Account and registration
Account opening on aloft takes three steps. First, register with your email address, phone number, and a secure password. Second, submit identity verification (KYC): upload a photo of your ID card and a selfie. Our system verifies these documents within a few hours. Third, link a payment method—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank account (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet)—and make your first deposit. Payments and transactions
Deposit ranges vary by payment method. mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet typically support deposits from a minimum to a maximum per transaction; mobile banking and local payment have similar ranges. Bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) allow larger deposits and may have higher daily limits. When you select a payment method during deposit, aloft displays the minimum and maximum for that method. If your desired amount falls outside the range, choose a different payment method or contact support. Deposits via e-wallet usually process within minutes; bank transfers may take a few hours depending on your bank's processing time.
Yes. aloft accepts deposits and withdrawals via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. During deposit, select "Bank Transfer" and choose your bank. aloft provides a virtual account number unique to your account; transfer your deposit amount to that number from your bank app or ATM. The deposit appears in your aloft account once your bank confirms the transfer, usually within a few hours. For withdrawals, provide your bank account details during the withdrawal request. We process bank withdrawals subject to verification windows and your bank's processing schedule. Bank transfers are ideal for larger amounts and users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan where banking infrastructure is robust.
Game rules and demo play
Demo mode is available for most slot games and some live-dealer tables on aloft. To access demo play, log into your account and navigate to the game you wish to try. Select "Play Demo" or "Practice Mode" if available. Demo play uses virtual credits that do not represent real money; you cannot withdraw demo winnings.
